Are you looking for a meaningful way to serve others and meet basic needs? Supper Clubs are a great all year-round opportunity to provide meals to residents at Foundation Communities' apartments who will benefit from the nutritional and emotional support of a meal.

Current Need: We are seeking groups to provide meals at our studio apartment communities at Skyline Terrace Apartments located in South Austin . Availability is subject to change; please contact our staff for updates.

Volunteer Expectations:

• Groups are asked to commit to providing a meal for one of our communities. Group may choose to serve throughout the year on an on-going basis. Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Quarterly options available.
• Volunteer groups will provide all items needed to safely prepare meals offsite.
• We’re currently offering two distribution models, depending on the selected community:
  • Volunteers can prepare individually packaged meals that they bring onsite to distribute directly to residents. Groups set up in the community space and residents come by to grab a meal and mingle. Community requests range from 40-85 meals.
  • Groups can bring meals onsite to serve to resident’s buffet-style. Volunteers are encouraged to sit & eat with residents, allowing for an opportunity to get to know one another. Groups provide all items needed to prepare, serve and clean up after the meal, expecting to serve around 40 people.

• Foundation Communities will provide a phone orientation to the group contact(s), safe food handling guidelines, and menu suggestions.
