IcLucy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Orange County, California. The goal of IcLucy is to advocate for youth on highly relevant issues. As many as 45% of high school youth do not feel prepared for college or the real world. If we as a society do not value the practical education of our future generation, we actively let inequality continue to persist. We currently have chapters worldwide such as in Brazil and the UK, as well as all over the US.
IcLucy is hosting a menstrual education/teen education seminar on 10/8. We would like many participants to join a zoom meeting and ask questions from our guest speaker, which will also be through our Brazil and Africa chapters, explaining it to girls there as well. Our primary demographic is teen girls, but anyone is welcome to join! This is a seminar in conjunction with other nonprofits and will be having exciting games/prizes as well!
The seminar will be no more than 2 hours, but we are happy to award up to 4 hours due to audience engagement and a Q and A.
