The West End Civic Association (WECA) a nonprofit organization that helps through bringing educational, social, and diversity awareness to our Upper Merion Township community. As we have done for many years, WECA partners with local businesses to make our events a success.On October 8, 2022 we are having our Annual Fall Gala. It’s an outside laid back event. We will have a band, food for sale, Vendors, and a Beer Garden this year! We would love (you) to come out and help with the craft’s for our community kids, man the games, help serve food, and more... would you be able to help us out?

Mission Statement: As local residents, we will work towards creating and maintaining a quality of life that is, at minimum, reasonably expected, deserved and welcomed by our overall community. We will strive to ensure a safe environment for all. A respectable and thriving community will be sought after and supported. An educational system for all children to succeed within will be embraced. Our various levels of Government and local representation will be supported when appropriate, monitored routinely and held accountable. Speaking up on behalf of our residents is the key to our success, therefore, researching issues, distribution of information and general membership will be of high priority.

Welcome to the West End Civic Association, founded in 1947 by a passionate group of families located in the Rebel Hill neighborhood of West Conshohocken, PA. We are a Non-profit 501(C)(3) community organization with a long history of serving the community and providing a variety of programs that meet the needs of the surrounding area.
