ORGANIZATION: Visionaries and Voices
Please visit the new page to apply.
We are looking for 2-3 volunteer mentors to help support adult artists in the Teaching Artist Program at V + V.
We will meet once weekly from 4:30pm-6:30pm (2 hours) at the Northside studio on Wednesdays (tentatively).
The TAP course will run October 2022-May 2023 with breaks for holidays, and with a graduation ceremony at the end of the course.
Mentors are expected to assist V + V artists with completing, understanding, and practicing the course material that will enable them to be trained, paid teaching artists.
No teaching experience is required, only an open mind, a willingness to learn, and patience for working with others.
