Volunteers Needed for Festival of Trees Set Up!

We’re turning our building into a winter wonderland again and we need your help! Volunteers are needed to move and shape trees, decorate the interior and exterior of the building, and help with other set up activities on the following dates:

Wednesday, November 2: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4.p.m.
Thursday, November 3:
9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday, November 4:
9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Monday, November 7:
9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Since 1830, the Indiana Historical Society has been Indiana’s Storytellerâ„¢, connecting people to the past by collecting, preserving, interpreting and disseminating the state's history. A private, nonprofit membership organization, IHS maintains the nation's premier research library and archives on the history of Indiana and the Old Northwest. IHS also provides support and assistance to local museums and historical groups, publishes books and periodicals; sponsors teacher workshops; and provides youth, adult and family programming.

From interacting with our guest to working with our historic collections, IHS has a great volunteer opportunity that is right for you.
