Campaign Manager Role for Headquarters Acquisition Project in Macon, Georgia

We are seeking a campaign manager to assist with our upcoming initiative to secure our headquarters in Macon, Georgia, in conjunction with our 20th anniversary celebration. Establishing our own facility is a crucial milestone for our organization.

Communication with Donors and Leadership: Effective communication, both externally and internally, is a cornerstone of a successful campaign. It is essential to educate donors about our needs, objectives, and how a successful campaign will further our vision.

Database Management: During the preparation phase, the campaign manager will establish and refine the database by analyzing key metrics, including giving history, to determine appropriate gift request amounts.

Volunteer Management: A proficient manager will actively foster strong working relationships with campaign leaders and volunteers. This process begins in the early stages of the campaign, with the manager making introductory calls to potential recruits.

Securing Support: When soliciting support, managers must collaborate with other campaign team members. Their outreach efforts typically begin with meetings involving campaign leadership and volunteers, but should also extend to other potential supporters.

Assignment Tracking: It is crucial for managers to meticulously track volunteer assignments from the moment they are distributed.

Strategic Oversight: The manager will establish deadlines, assign tasks, and outline both immediate and long-term goals, ensuring the campaign progresses according to the established timeline.
