ORGANIZATION: Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA)

Volunteers are essential to MDA’s mission of transforming the lives of people living with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related neuromuscular diseases. We are looking for a group of committed volunteers to assist fire fighters in person at their upcoming boot drives with a variety of event tasks including visiting intersections, taking photos and delivering food/water to crews as they are out collecting.

After signing up, you will be contacted once a volunteer opportunity becomes available and you’ll work with an MDA staff partner or another volunteer leader on specific needs in your market. We are committed to ensuring that your volunteer experience is a rewarding one, while helping to fuel MDA’s mission.

Important COVID-19 Update: By agreeing to sign-up as an MDA volunteer for any events taking place in-person, you acknowledge that MDA may require you to wear a mask, present a negative COVID-19 test, and/or show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to participate.
