Volunteer for various ongoing events at SoFi stadium to help Living Development Concepts, Inc. (LDC) fundraise for our affordable housing program.
The 2023-2024 events at SoFi Stadium are 100 percent open to the public and we're in need of volunteers to manage concession/retail stands and stadium drop direct food delivery to the guests of SoFi stadium. Your volunteer time will help generate capital towards the development of additional affordable housing in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Our mission is to provide reliable housing services in the development of safe, decent, affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income individuals/families. While emphasizing the benefits of assistive technology, it increases the probability of more participants becoming homeowners. LDC provides quality, referral services and functions as a liaison between our HUD Certified housing counseling partners to our clients. We operate as an advocate for housing acquisition opportunities within the community through awareness of resources.

Description
In 2001, Living Development Concepts, Inc. (LDC) was founded by Realtor Henry Miller to assist in providing quality affordable housing to residents with limited means. In prior years, the majority of his clients had been from households with incomes more than 80% of the area median. He recognized the need for housing for households with limited income was not addressed adequately, and took the necessary steps to see his dream come to fruition. As Founder and CEO/Executive Director, Henry formed this non-profit housing development organization, to develop and create more "Affordable Housing" for these individuals. Created exclusively for charitable purposes, the organization received its not-for-profit designation and became a 501(c)(3) organization, certified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in May 2002.
LDC believes in and supports the Fair Housing Act, a federal law that prohibits discrimination in residential real estate transactions on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. The prohibition applies to rentals, the sale of a home, as well as the decision by the lender to approve a loan to help pay for a home.
Since its inception, LDC has worked tirelessly over two decades to assist more than 700 households purchase their first home, as well as developed and sold more than 200 single-family homes. LDC is committed to changing lives through homeownership by concentrating on housing education, improving lives, and assisting in providing good quality affordable housing to residents.
