Like to cook? Or are you looking for a fun team-building activity? When you prepare meals for the folks CCRI serves, you’re not only giving the gift of a nutritious and delicious meal, but you’re also giving our team members more time to spend with our clients.
Meals With Meaning is simple-you provide the ingredients and prepare a main dish that fits into four disposable aluminum 9x13 pans or eight half-size disposable aluminum pans. We’ll provide the kitchen space for you and your group.
Meals should be cooked or ready to "heat and eat" and can follow whatever recipe you want. Casserole-type meals like lasagna or tater tot hotdish work well. (You do not have to provide a side dish, vegetable, or dessert.)

Description
CCRI is a Moorhead-based nonprofit organization that began in 1977 when a group of parents wanted more for their children than institutionalized care. What started as one home serving eight people with disabilities in a community-based setting has grown into an agency serving more than 400 people through a variety of person-centered programs. CCRI empowers those with disabilities to:
- Live more independently.
- Build life skills.
- Participate more in the community.
- Have new experiences.
- Reach their full potential.
From 24-hour in-home support to rehabilitative mental health care, our services are as unique as each of the people we serve.
