The Volunteer Coordinator is looking for someone to assist with light clerical duties. Volunteers in this position help keep the Volunteer and Bereavement Services programs operating at peak efficiency and responsiveness by tending to daily tasks and special projects as requested. The volunteer may also assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

1 Shift

  • 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM
    Hours can be personalized to availability. Days are Monday - Friday.

Description

We provide quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients with a terminal condition. We are involved in the We Honor Veterans program, which honors Veterans and addresses their unique needs at the end of life. Our program includes: medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses-RNs and LPNs, nurse aides, social work services, spiritual care, music therapy, massage therapy, bereavement services, and a volunteer program.

  • Orientation or Training
  • Provide administrative support for program-related events. Coordinate and complete mailings. Assist with preparing materials for program support groups and other meetings. Attentive to details and follow directions. All training will be provided.
