About Cotuto
Cotuto is an EdTech non-profit organization which provides a platform to create an equal access to educational opportunities. Unlike many traditional educational support services who charge students at a premium, our objective is to make educational support more accessible than ever before. With our platform we enable students to virtually connect with a tutor or mentor entirely free of charge.

Together with our mentors and tutors we aspire to bring the inner potential of our students globally to the surface. By employing our tutoring and mentoring programs, we believe that we can enable our students to find the same opportunities in the educational system regardless of their economic backgrounds. Our vision is to create accessible educational opportunities all around the world. We strive to realize our vision by investing in:

Partnership with Kruger School
In expanding our global impact we have partnered with Kruger school to support students from disadvantaged areas in Ecuador. Kruger School is an EdTech scale-up that revolutionizes traditional education, by introducing schools fit for the 21st century. Our educational model combines our innovative methodology with our educational technology to radically change traditional education which hasn’t changed in over a 100 years. Currently active in the K-12 sector, Kruger School has launched three schools nationwide in the country of Ecuador.

Become a tutor for Club Sport Norte Américain in Puembo
To make an impact in the lives of those in need, we partnered with Club Sport Norte América to provide free and accessible education with our new virtual educational offering. Our vision is to transform education, empowering lives, enabling accessible and quality education aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 4. It is our objective to prepare these student athletes to become High School graduates, enabling their personal and professional development.

As a tutor you will guide, tutor and support students relating one of the following subject areas:

• English
• Math
• Biology
• Life Skills
• Sports Marketing, Medicine and Psychology
• Student Athlete Readiness
• Financial Literacy

By adopting a student-centered approach, the tutor develops a higher level of awareness with regards to their teaching style, student-specific areas of improvement and success factors in a tutor-tutee relationship.

Skill Requirements & Qualifications

• You are a native or near-native Spanish speaker
• You have educational or practical experience in one of the subject areas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and clearly guide the student in their learning journey.
• Maintaining an internal locus of control and possessing the ability to tailor and personalize teaching strategies based on the learning style of the student.
