Mutts and Meows Rescue will be in Beaverton, Oregon on Thursday & Friday, 9/29 & 9/30 for a special adoption event.
We are in need of volunteers at the Beaverton PetSmart.
PetSmart - 12375 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR 97005
We are bringing puppies and dogs from Houston, Texas and will be arriving on Thursday, 9/29.
Once we arrive, we will need volunteers to help with unloading crates and dogs, setting up crates for the dogs, taking them for breaks and giving them attention. We also need help talking to potential adopters, assisting with adoption applications and closing at the end of the adoption event.
You can volunteer for two or more hours or the whole time for one or both days.
We will have lots of puppies and dogs in need of a loving, forever home.
They are making a special trip from Houston, Texas and we are hoping they will all find a happy new life here in the Beaverton area.

Mutts and Meows Rescue is a non-profit, foster based, no kill animal rescue group. Our mission is to save the lives of as many homeless and abused pets as possible. We do this by pulling from high kill shelters in the city and placing them in loving, safe homes through our adoption events at area PetSmarts on weekends.
Description
Mutts & Meows Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue. We work closely with other rescues as well as animal control departments in the Houston area to place dogs and cats in loving, permanent homes. Our pets live with foster families, so we know them well enough to make a good match between people and pets.
