ORGANIZATION: Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/ New Hampshire Chapter

Summary: provides administrative assistance and reception to support Waltham office operations

Department: Operations

Hours of Operation: The office is open on weekdays from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Current need: weekday mornings

Essential Duties:

  • Answer telephone professionally and transfer or take messages as needed
  • Greeting walk-ins
  • Maintain / Update office supply inventory
  • Assist with organization of office and supplies
  • Metering outgoing mail
  • Receiving Packages

There is also the option of getting involved in data entry work.

Supervised by: Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet
  • Ability to interact with people of many different backgrounds and needs
  • Ability to work cooperatively with staff and other volunteers

  • 09:15 AM to 12:45 PM
