Take Steps is the Foundation’s fundraising walk where patients and their families and friends are able to connect with their local IBD community, helping them understand that they are never alone in this fight. More than just a walk, it is where thousands of participants from across the country come together to empower and inspire each other to fight against Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis
