Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are community members who are trained and appointed by the Juvenile Court Judge to work with a child in in the court system due to family issues. We try to be a stable, positive adult connection during a traumatic time in the child's life. A CASA is a listening ear, an encourager, and a person who makes recommendations in court about whatever is in the best interest of the child. Does this sound like a role you would like to know more about? Our cases are in Autauga County and Chilton County Juvenile Courts, but you can live in any of the surrounding counties and participate in our program. Why wait? Find out how you can join us. :)
