Samaritan is a support platform that empower s those experiencing homelessness to find their way home. Through working with frontline care partners, Samaritan gives individual s a smart wallet and invites local residents to take part in their journey home. Case managers help each participant identify goals, which are then broken down into immediate needs and desired action steps. Participants then recei ve social and financial support to meaningfully improve improve their access to care, critical utilities, and housing. So far, 100% of participants who receive at least $1 ,000 of support through Samaritan experience a life-changing outcome.
Now, we're launching our biggest deployment in Los Angeles, and we're looking for a volunteer photographer to help us capture the stories and images of some of our 'Samaritan Members'.
