Assist the Nature Conservancy in building capacity for the critical work at the Sycan Marsh Preserve as a volunteer Building Project Manager. The volunteer will manage the project (or a portion of the project) in collaboration with The Nature Conservancy's Regional Stewardship Manager and Sycan Marsh Preserve Steward. We will prioritize building a "green" home by using responsible materials (e.g. recycled or re-used where possible), ensuring high energy efficiency (e.g. high insulation value of walls and windows, Energy Star appliances and fixtures, efficient mechanical systems), and reduced water usage (e.g. low-flow plumbing fixtures and dual-flush toilets).
