Hello! We here at Harborside Hospice are looking for kind and compassionate people who want to volunteer in the medical field. As the Volunteer Coordinator I recruit, train, manage and retain our volunteers. I am looking for volunteers for both direct patient care (sitting with, reading, talking, listening, playing games etc) as well as office volunteers who would assist with mailings/calls, data entry and filing. We cannot do the work we do without the help of volunteers like you! We are also always looking for people with skills they wish to share! Whether you play an instrument or (with license) do cosmetology, massage therapy etc. Please reach out with any interest or questions. Thank you :)
