Help A Woman Affected By ALS Around the House

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: The ALS Association, MN/ND/SD Chapter

  • 1 person is interested

A 74-year-old woman with ALS would love help with a variety of tasks around her home, from cleaning to household chores to laundry to meal prep or simply visiting to chat. She would be interested in having a volunteer stop by every other week for approximately 2-3 hours at a time. Any day of the week works for her after 10 am. She does not have any pets, nor does anyone smoke inside her home. She would prefer that volunteers wear masks during visits.

She describes herself as a "very positive, happy person who loves meeting new people!"

If spending time with her sounds like a good fit for your interests and availability, we'd love to hear from you! This opportunity is part of the ALS Association's Family Assistance Program:
