Pacifica Spindrift Players is seeking volunteers to help with our day-to-day marketing needs. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for experience in marketing to add to their resume. Bonus if you love the performing arts!
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining a marketing calendar
- Writing and scheduling marketing emails roughly 1x per week
- Posting to social media 1-2x per week
- Coordinating with our graphic designer to create show images
- Ordering and distributing printed marketing materials
- Posting to and updating website announcements
No prior marketing experience needed. We primary need someone who is enthusiastic and willing to consistently complete the above tasks. Our volunteer leadership team is very small and scrappy as we rebuild from the pandemic, so reliability and the ability to work relatively independently are the most important traits we're looking for in a volunteer.

Description
The tentative beginnings of theatre in Pacifica, originally housed in a garage, a library room, and school multipurpose room, now resides in its own "playhouse" theatre! The Pacifica Spindrift Players, lovingly called PSP, is a non-profit organization committed to providing quality live community theatre to Pacifica and the Bay Area. PSP offers opportunities for adults and young people to learn and develop the art of live theatre through play production experience. We present revivals of traditional plays and musicals and diverse, contemporary theatre for the 21st century. PSP supports our local community by loaning theatre equipment, props, and costumes to local school drama departments and other community theatres.
