VOLUNTEER FOR CAIR-SFBA’S 28TH ANNIVERSARY GALA

Our volunteer team is an essential part of the event! Together several dozen committed individuals will host hundreds of attendees at our biggest event of the year.

To volunteer at the Gala, applicants must:
  • be 16 years or older
  • complete the application below
  • submit proof of vaccination
  • attend a mandatory volunteer orientation in September
  • attend additional meetings as convened by their team leader

*Note: Gala tickets for volunteers who attend the orientation and assist with the event will be just $25.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), grassroots civil rights and advocacy group. CAIR is America's largest Islamic civil liberties group, with regional offices nationwide. The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is the oldest CAIR office.

  • Volunteers are required to attend 1 in-person orientation as expressed on the application. Orientation dates are Saturday, September 17 at noon and Wednesday September 28 at 6:30pm.
