Residential hospice is looking for talented crafters who can make cards for our patients in hospice care. Patients in hospice are often home-bound and isolated. Our card makers can help brighten their days by creating something beautiful to send to the patients. We have volunteers in our office who write the messages in the cards, so card-makers are only responsible for making the outside of the cards look beautiful!
Our card makers have many talents:
photography
collage
watercolor and oil painting
pen and ink drawing
scrapbooking
and using professional tools like a Cricut to create one of a kind greetings!

We send out cards for birthdays, and all seasons, as well as some specific holidays like Thanksgiving, Mother's & Fathers day, and Halloween. We love to send out a beautiful greeting every month to make sure our patients feel loved!
Cards can be mailed or dropped off at our office in Skokie, IL most weekdays.

If you are a skilled crafter who is interested in making cards for our patients, please contact us to get started! At this time we cannot accommodate cards made by groups of students or children.
