ORGANIZATION: Non-Profit

The Missoula Walk to Defeat ALS is a charity event for the nonprofit ALS Association Evergreen Chapter on September 24 We are looking for volunteers to help photograph this fun event. We are looking for both candid shots and team photos from the event. These photos will help support & spread awareness for ALS.

ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that is 100% fatal with no known cure. the money raised at this event will go to assist local ALS patients and their families/caregivers. The ALS Association provided in-home visits from a care coordinator to help with the complexities of living with this disease. We also loan medical equipment, as needed, free of charge. Some of the other services this event supports include support groups, respite grants, workshops, ALS clinics and research for a cure.
