The Blanchard Library is looking for two part-time AmeriCorps members to focus on Adult and Family Literacy capacity building. AmeriCorps members are given a living allowance and must serve in the Blanchard Library Adult and Family Literacy programs (e.g., adult, family, and ESL). An AmeriCorps member will serve by assisting with program operation, tutoring, recruiting adult learners & volunteers, and promote learner leadership.
- AmeriCorps member is paid a bi-weekly living allowance
- AmeriCorps member also receives an education award (member must complete contract hours to receive education benefit).
- Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S.
- Must be 18 years old.
