International Virtual Ambassador

Her Nexx Chapter (HNC) is a 501(c) 3 organization that provides an immersive virtual platform consisting of programs that connect, mentor and nurture women through their journey in life by providing access to certified life coaches, mentors and subject matter experts. Our mission in 2023 is to bridge the global gap.

We are looking for an outgoing, positive, enthusiastic International Virtual (female) Ambassador to be the face, voice, and attitude of Her Nexx Chapter’s online community representing your continent. The individual in this position should enjoy social interaction with our female members of the virtual community who are diverse and share different insights on various topics that represent women from your own country. Your responsibilities will be to research and post interesting content that speaks and empowers our community. We look to you to help engage, share activities and support us by posting within your personal social media platforms that will highlight and bring brand awareness to Her Nexx Chapter’s virtual community.

Requirements:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and personable with a professional presentation.
  • Active with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging with our virtual members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Zoom conference calls as well as online tools

Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly theme recognition
  • Provide original content from your country that matches our platform topics
  • Network and build trusting relationships with new and existing members
  • Ensure membership engagement through content creation
  • Research and help post content to the community
  • Schedule monthly community activities and coordinate with guest speakers
  • Help manage website calendar with internal and external upcoming events listed
  • Attend collaboration bi-weekly meetings and work well with a team

Description

In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers. We are proud that our platform provides opportunities to help mentor and enhance our volunteers' skills with professional leadership.
