Background:
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting nonprofits throughout Pennsylvania. If you are starting your career, recently retired, or are a stay-at-home parent. All levels of educational background are acceptable. I am interested in working with community-minded individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of children & youth, and families primarily in underrepresented populations in rural and urban communities in Pennsylvania.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Virtual Assistant (Admin and Social Media)
Various duties include Administrative support and Website project management. Weekly team meetings and 1 monthly community networking event are required. As community projects develop there may be other assigned tasks related to primary roles.

Virtual Assistant (GrantWriter and Community Outreach)
Various duties include researching current grant opportunities, writing and editing grant applications, and maintaining a database for grants and community resources. in addition to community outreach activities. Weekly team meetings. There may be other assigned tasks related to primary roles.

3 Shifts

  • morning / 09:30 AM to 11:45 AM
    This is a fexible start time and end time.
  • afternoon / 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM
    Flexible start time and end time.
  • afternoon / 03:00 PM to 04:30 PM
    This is a fexible start time and end time.
