"Spooktacular": Costumes
Many of our sweet kiddos in foster care have never had a Halloween costume they wanted. EVOLVE will gather a wishlist of costumes and you can have sun shopping for some "Bootiful" costumes for little "ghouls" and boys. This would be a great option for individuals, office groups, friend groups, or families. This could also be done as either an in-person event or as a virtual volunteer opportunity.
