Help save the lives of community cats! Our TNR Committee consists of volunteers who work under the direction and supervision of our Community Cat Program Coordinator. As a volunteer on this committee, you will be working to humanely trap cats in need of spay and neuter services. This opportunity involves being in the field. No experience needed but you must be willing to perform duties exactly as trained and committed to following all instructions given.

Mission Statement

Good Mews Animal Foundation offers an alternative to traditional animal shelters in the Metro-Atlanta area by providing a no-kill, cage-free haven for homeless, abused, or abandoned cats until placing them in permanent, loving homes. Good Mews promotes public awareness regarding the value of pets, animal welfare, pet overpopulation, and quality human-animal companionship through education and outreach programs. Good Mews Animal Foundation is celebrating its 30th year as Atlanta's first non-profit volunteer-based cage-free, no-kill haven for homeless, abused, or abandoned cats and kittens while striving to place them in permanent, loving homes. We are metro-Atlanta's first and premier cage-free, no-kill cat rescue. We have placed over 11,000 kitties into loving homes since 1988.
