Pieces Adrift is an award-winning art show and silent auction that takes an interactive approach to educating our community on the beauty of upcycling and the dangers of litter and pollution in our waterways. Each piece displayed at the exhibition is comprised of at least 50% trash, litter or secondhand materials and made by local artists of all levels! All proceeds benefit Keep Pensacola Beautiful’s programming initiatives for the upcoming year.

Our tiny team of two could not make this happen without the amazing volunteers that help us put on this event each year! It is a fun event to be a part of, and all volunteers get to attend the event itself for free.

  • Volunteers who help any of the three shifts (set up and break down shifts) will get free admission via a coupon code sent after their volunteer shift is confirmed.
  • Volunteers who help during the 2nd shift (event shift) may enjoy snacks in the volunteer hospitality room.
  • No alcohol ticket, drawing entry tickets, or catered food is provided for volunteers from any shift, only for paid attendees.
After you select the shift(s) you are interested in, please check your emails for a follow up within 1-2 days with a specific list of volunteer roles you can choose from. A staff member will send a final itinerary and basic instructions prior to the event day.

    Volunteers for this shift will assist with overall event tasks and responsibilities, such as concessions, art attendants, greeters, etc.
  • Sat Sep 24, 2022 - 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM
    Volunteers for this shift will assist with set up of the exhibit, either staying on site at the event location or traveling with staff back and forth

A community improvement nonprofit, or 501(c)(3), serving Escambia County, Florida. A Keep America Beautiful affiliate.

Our Corner (formerly Keep Pensacola Beautiful) has been serving Escambia County for 40 years. As a Keep America Beautiful affiliate, we aim to improve the quality of life in Escambia County by addressing common environmental challenges. Currently, our efforts are focused on education, litter reduction and recycling initiatives.

Help us strive to make Escambia County a beautiful and healthy place to live work and play!
