Nearly 79% of Gen Z reports feeling lonely, making them the loneliest generation to date. Many students report increased feelings of loneliness, which is fueled at least in part by COVID-19 related social isolation. This has led to depression, anxiety, and impacts all aspects of your mental health.
With schools being a natural place for friends, routines, and ideas, equipping students with the tools necessary to facilitate meaningful conversations helps foster sustainable relationships and strong communities. These relationships allow YOU to show up as your most authentic and unique self!
Build positive relationships with peers at school! Create and share a Welcome Guide for new students or a Welcome Note to share with younger students, and help them feel a sense of belonging as they start the 2022 school year. You’ll be entered for the opportunity to win a $500 scholarship!
