Recruiting Organization: Freedom Now
Freedom Now is organizing a side event during the last week of September to coincide with the upcoming UN Human Rights Council session. The theme of the event will be grassroots human rights activism in Afghanistan. We are looking to engage a volunteer translator who is fluent in Dari or Farsi to provide simultaneous translation for some of the speakers and to possibly help translating the Q&A session. The event will last 90 minutes and likely begin at 7am or 8am EST.
