Do you want to change lives? Don’t look further, join our team of volunteers as an ESOL Instructor!

Help non-native speakers gain the language skills they need to succeed! When individuals learn how to speak, read, and write in English, they have the power to lift themselves out of poverty, find and keep sustainable employment, and ultimately CHANGE THEIR LIVES.

ESOL Instructors are responsible for: instructing a class of 10-25 adult students in English as a second language, developing and delivering lesson plans based on the assigned curriculum, reporting attendance, administering assessments, and providing a positive and supportive learning environment. ESOL Instructors are vital in helping our adult students improve their English skills and learn about the American culture.
