Catholic Hospice is in search of an individual who's interested in volunteering in a office setting assisting our I.T. department. Our I.T. department have several laptops under warranty that are having physical issues. Catholic Hospice is seeking an individual who would be able to contact Lenovo and then follow the instructions they provide to identify the issues with our laptops. Once issues had been identified, a tech would be sent to fix issues. These calls can sometime last for a duration of an hours or longer.
