Volunteers make all the difference in providing visitors with an enjoyable experience in the park!

Volunteers work with the maintenance staff performing custodial cleaning of all park facilities. This includes campground restrooms, park offices and facilities, the Visitor Center, backcountry campground facilities occasionally, and trash pick-up. The job can encompass additional tasks such as picnic table rehab, recycle of cans, painting of signs, highway clean-up, and other miscellaneous park projects. Volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 4-6 months with a work schedule of four 6 to 8-hour days each week and are provided with an RV site with full hook-ups. The park does not have lodging available other than the volunteer RV sites.

Housing Description: The park does not have lodging available other than the volunteer RV sites. Volunteers will provide their own RV. The park provides a level concrete pad for RV with full hookups in a small separate campground for VIPs only. In the VIP campground is a building with laundry facilities, freezers, showers, toilet, outdoor grill and socializing space.
