Do you have a heart for service? The Health Trust's Food Basket invites you to join our team of compassionate volunteers committed to aiding people living with chronic diseases. We offer a rewarding opportunity to enrich your life while making a substantial impact in the lives of others.

As a Grocery Attendant Volunteer, you will play an essential role in providing healthy, nutritious food to our clients, empowering them towards greater health and quality of life.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Accompaniment:** Guide our clients in selecting their groceries, ensuring a delightful and stress-free shopping experience.
2. **Setup and Clean-up:** Maintain an organized and clean shopping environment, setting up before and cleaning up after shopping hours.
3. **Stock Management:** Keep our shelves stocked with fresh and nutritious food, ensuring our clients always have a variety of healthy choices.
4. **Load Assistance:** Assist our clients in loading their groceries into their vehicles, providing a seamless service from start to finish.

**Availability:** Every other week, Monday-Thursday, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Lift heavy items, stand for long periods of time and bending over maybe required.

**Requirements:** Completion of our online application and onboarding forms. Please note that you will be officially scheduled only after receiving a confirmation from volunteers@healthtrust.org
