ORGANIZATION: The New Jewish Home, Manhattan Division

The New Jewish Home is pleased to be reopened to volunteers. Volunteers needed to assist our Therapeutic Recreation staff organizing, promoting and participating in evening activities with the elders.

We have a high need for Volunteers to assist with our Book Club (1x a month on Tuesday evening) & Trivia Night (every other Thursday). We have additional opportunities weekly on Monday Evenings (Casino Night) & Wednesday Evenings (Bingo Night)

Volunteers will invite older adults to participate in programs, transport to programs and engage with older adults during the programs and 1:1 conversations/engagement opportunities.
