This volunteer role would be a support to the interdisciplinary team. It may be time in the office or supporting an errand. It would be ideal to have a medical background (such as a Cert Nurse's Aide, Nurse or Social Worker). Responsibilities may vary from calling to check on a patient or family member to see how their day was to organizing paperwork. Other tasks may be to bring documentation to or from a physician's office or long term care facility. This person would have to go through the same human resource processing as an employee (background check, TB screening, etc)
