Great news! Horner’s Syndrome Foundation is now accepting sponsors to support our mission work.

Horner’s Syndrome: Awareness, Action & Advocacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is: to increase awareness, education and understanding of Horner’s Syndrome. Our mission was born from a
heartfelt belief and first-hand experience that early diagnosis and treatment of Horner’s Syndrome is paramount for a timely intervention by medical providers. We are a small group of volunteers committed to saving lives and preventing misdiagnoses of other conditions by spreading awareness of Horner’s Syndrome. We take our convictions and turn them into improved outcomes by addressing the unmet need of up-to-date education across
many learning platforms.

Horner’s Syndrome Foundation achieves its goals through educational awareness meetings, seminars, group coaching sessions, online training and support in addition to providing printed training materials. Program attendees include ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, survivors, family members, medical students and other educators.

The operational costs sustaining community outreach presents a large burden to the Foundation. Sponsorship is an excellent way to market your brand and products while making maximum impact at local and national levels. As a sponsor your company logo will be prominently featured on our special "Sponsors" page in addition to being
displayed on meeting materials and event programs.
