ORGANIZATION: Bye Bye Anxiety Philippines

In our program, the Hospitality Leader has the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • responds to applicants' concerns and questions about the program and welcomes them to the Bye Bye Anxiety Ph Slack Workspace upon passing the interview
  • keeps track of most documents in the organization and of interviewers' individual schedules for setting up interviews
  • acts as a manager and settles issues in the organization, including instances when a student's/volunteer's buddy suddenly leaves, when the pair is unable to meet due to incompatible schedules, etc.

There is no prior volunteer experience needed! We also do not require a fixed schedule for Hospitality Leaders.

Bye Bye Anxiety Philippines is an English program that offers free conversation practice to Filipino students aged 22 years and under. The organization matches students and volunteers based on their shared interests, making one-on-one sessions both a great way to improve English speaking skills and to make friends.
