- Is a self motivated professional able to make a commitment to regularly attend and participate in meetings
- Volunteers for management of assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time.
- Prepares for all Volunteer meetings, and reviews and comments on details and reports.
- Builds a collegial working relationship with other interns, Volunteers, and community members that contributes to consensus.
- Is an active participant in the annual evaluation and planning efforts.
- Participates in fund raising for the organization.
