EVENT - World Waterski Tournament Parking Attendant

Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing is in need of parking attendants for the World Waterski Tournament. Volunteer parking attendants will assist in monitoring and directing traffic for restricted areas, check parking passes, and direct traffic leaving the competition. Volunteers may be assigned to 1 of 4 zones - staging area parking, VIP parking, vendor parking, or officials parking.

A volunteer may be 13 if a parent/guardian is present as well. Shoes must be closed toe and closed heel. A volunteer shirt will be provided. It is advised to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, water, etc. for outdoor assignments.

The 2022 IWWF World Water Ski Show Tournament features teams and individuals worldwide competing in the international recognized discipline of show ski. Each team will perform a one hour show of entertainment with world class athletics. Teams expected to participate include the United States, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Sweden and possible exhibition teams from new countries joining.

Polk County Sports Marketing develops, recruits, and supports sports events and markets recreation and leisure sports activities to competitive and recreational athletes.

• October 22: 7am-1pm and 1pm-7pm
• October 23: 7am-1pm and 1pm-7pm

• October 21: 6am-9am, 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm
• October 22: 6am-9am, 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm
• October 23: 6am-9am, 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm
