NextUp is seeking committee volunteers in its Atlanta Region, and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers in and around Atlanta, Georgia.

Volunteer Roles Available:

Growth & Development

• Membership engagement and growth
• Seek event sponsorships.
• Sales and negotiations a plus!

Programming

• Develop event agendas, seek speakers for panels and key note opportunities
• Serve on program logistics by seeking venues for networking events, and larger keynote learning events.

Communications

• Social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Create social media and event materials using Canva
• Learn Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing
• Familiarity with social media and content calendar strategy is a plus!

Local Alliances

• Lead Mentoring Committee
• Lead College Recruitment
• Help connect the region to local organizations with similar goals as NextUp

Finance

• Reporting and Analytics
• Build, manage, and help track region budget
• Forecasting and accounting acumen helpful!

Operations

• Mange region monthly meetings
• Capture Region planning meeting minutes
• Strong collaborator and detail oriented a bonus for this role!

Day of Event Volunteers

• Manage welcome tables
• Assist with set-up and clean-up for events
• Lead networking activities
• Welcome first-time event attendees and promote NextUp membership
