This position will take the lead on events and will report directly to the Fundraising Coordinator. This position will find events and then help manage the fundraising team for completing events throughout the planning stage and during the events. These events can be smaller such as Pints for Pups or large two day events such as Denver Pride. You will have some creative license and a team of others to help make it happen! Ideally, this position is filled by someone in the Denver metro area.

Every French bulldog deserves a Furever home!
Description
RMFBR is a volunteer-based rescue based in Colorado, with reach across all the US. We are driven by the mission that "Every French Bulldog Deserves a Furever Home." While we work with all French bulldogs in need of a home, our focus is on those with special medical needs. Currently, about 83% of French bulldogs brought in have severe medical or behavioral needs, and over 50% are paralyzed. RMFBR is the only rescue in the US attempting to take-in, rehabilitate, fully vet, and rehome French bulldogs with severe medical issues. We work with rescues and shelters around the country in order to save these special needs dogs from euthanasia, and work directly with mills to rescue dogs that have aged out of their breeding programs. Since our founding in 2014, RMFBR has assisted in the rescue of over 300 dogs. As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a facility but rather all of our dogs are fostered, for at least a month, in loving volunteer homes until rehabilitated. Each dog is loved as a family member until we find the best fit for their forever home.
