HLC Finance/Data Entry Assistant Volunteer Position

Hope Life Center, located in the Illinois Sauk Valley region, may have an opportunity for you. Hope Life Center seeks to hire individuals who carry the same vision and mission:

-To see every pregnant mother in Illinois find the freedom to choose life for her unborn child to the glory of God.

-To provide pregnant and at-risk mothers with medical services, pregnancy decision coaching, and Christ centered support proven to help them find the freedom to choose life for themselves and their children.

HLC Finance/Data Entry Assistant Objective:

An HLC Finance/Data Entry Assistant will make sure that donor information is accurately entered into our database, generate donation receipts and thank yous, and assist our office manager with additional administrative tasks as needed, helping keep the administrative side of Hope Life Center efficient and organized.

The HLC Finance/Data Entry Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and Operations Director and take on any tasks necessary to bring HLC current on all administrative duties.

HLC Patient Receptionist Qualifications

Requirements:

-Must have reliable transportation and be able to work onsite at the HLC Clinic

-Must have strong organizational, clerical and communication skills

-Must have the ability to learn new protocols and technology

-Must be willing to work with a team and answer to HLC Operations Manager
