We talk to polymaths, circus performers, professors, authors, comedians, engineers and so many more from around the world on what their second scene is - something that’s not their main day job, but vital to who they are as people.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate individual to join our Second Scene podcast team.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a social media, marketing and networking strategy
  • Determining which topics are resonating with our audience
  • Create content to engage our audience members
  • Running data analytic reports and making recommendations on these
  • Actively participate in podcast team meetings

This role will report to Michael - the podcast host.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate and reliable individual who has experience in the following:

  • Previous experience of working in a podcast team or similar role
  • Ability to engage with our audience digitally
  • Creating a positive culture towards volunteer engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level communications skills in English
  • Ability to communicate with people globally
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Reliability and efficiency
