SPiN is St. Paul’s Neighborhood mobile ministry. We gather on Sunday afternoons to "spin" around the neighborhood with our wagons and build relationships that foster healing by helping folks meet basic needs. We began this ministry when everything shut down during the pandemic and there was an overwhelming shortage of outreach programs serving the people in our neighborhood.

We meet on Sundays around 12pm to pack supplies and load up the wagons, and the walking team will head out shortly after. You can pack supplies, walk, or both depending on your comfort level. Contact parishoffice@stpaulseattle.org to learn more.

About St. Paul's Episcopal Church

Location:

15 Roy St, Seattle, WA 98109, US

Mission Statement

We believe God's holiness is reflected in the dignity of every human being. The divine presence experienced through our liturgies, prayer, and music calls us to acts of justice and compassion toward ourselves and our neighbors.

Description

We are a progressive, Episcopal Anglo-Catholic parish that welcomes all, without precondition, and which is centered in the depth and power of rich ancient prayer, liturgy, and music.

We feel called to continue to find ways to engage, serve, and minister in our wider neighborhood and invest our resources in meaningful programs that impact the world around us. From engaging with social justice issues to carefully and consistently engaging in deliberate acts of mercy, to building relationships with both individuals and organizations beyond our doors, we expect that the coming years will be rich in challenge and opportunity for our congregation in this space (which we are working on making more accessible).
