Our Family Store provides free essentials like diapers, clothing, books, toys, and more to families experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. We need volunteer support to assist with:
- Call and/or email families and case managers to remind them of their order pick up date and reschedule pick ups as needed.
- Call families who want to place Family Store orders over the phone and take their orders. This includes gathering demographic information on the family along with gathering their list of needed items, submitting the ordering and scheduling a pick up date with the family.
- Enter Family Store data into Salesforce, including entering family demographic information, order pick up dates, and diaper inventory data.
- Other general Family Store tasks if the above tasks have been completed, i.e. packing orders, sorting donations.
Strong interpersonal skills and respectfulness required. Thank you for your support!
