Do you love plants?
We have indoor plants at Reading Hospital including 20 ft. palms and many shade loving plants throughout the hospital.
At Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing, we have the healing garden outside. During the growing season, we need volunteers to plant (we provide the plants) and water container gardens, keep the healing garden looking good and be willing to interact with patients, visitors and staff regarding growing plants.
Your hours would be coordinated with our current Plant Whisperer so that our lovely green beings stay healthy and happy.
The plants we have are beloved by patients and staff alike.
