Boogie 4 Babies is Miracle Babies' largest fundraiser of the year, bringing in the financial assistance necessary to fulfill their mission. This year the event will feature Charlies Angels - The Band and DJ Psyched.
Volunteers are needed for set up, during the concert, and clean up to help the event run smoothly. Volunteers during the event will help with checking in attendees, supporting the live auction, and serve as paddle raise spotters. The event will take place from 6:00pm - 11:45pm.
Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes
Required Training: Training and expectations for volunteers helping during event with check-in, the live auction, and paddle raise will be done prior to the event with an informative meeting of what to expect. This can be done via Zoom prior to the event.
Attire: This will depend on the shift. If only working set up, then closed-toes shoes and comfortable clothing that you can move around in. If working the event, dress code will be provided ahead of time. If the concert ends up being themed, appropriate costume themed attire will be permitted. Otherwise volunteers can plan to wear a nice black top and bottom with comfortable shoes.
Physical Requirements: Walking and moving around the venue will be required for live auction and paddle raise. Unfortunately accommodations are not able to be made for volunteers with physical limitations at this opportunity.

Miracle Babies will be hosting quarterly drive through Diaper Distributions in the LA area. We will need volunteers to help set up the event, distribute the diapers into vehicles and clean up the event.
