ORGANIZATION: Project CURE

We need regular volunteers who are willing to come in weekly and assist us with administrative needs. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers that can work regular shifts.
Shifts can be flexible but we need people that can commit to come in regularly for a minimum of 3.5 to 4 hours (for example 9:00 - 12:30 or 12:30 - 4:00) one day a week). You would need to make a commitment of at least 6 month. Times are flexible if you need to pick up or drop off children.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors and assists them as needed
  • Provides primary phone coverage for incoming phone calls
  • Files documents as requested
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to various staff
  • Basic Microsoft skills like Word and Excel
  • Organized, dependable and responsible
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
